My lab studies the genomics of host-microbiome interactions. We use genomics technologies and employ computational, statistical, machine learning, and population genetic analytical approaches to understand how host-microbe interactions change in health and disease. I am excited to be part of the GGSB community at UChicago -- I feel that my lab is a great fit with the program's focus on both functional and computational genomics, the interdisciplinary nature of the program, and the breadth of research interests, and I always look forward to working with GGSB students!
